American Classics, Inc. signs host of licensing deals for Sanctify brand
New partners join BioWorld Merchandising as licensees of popular line
New York, NY – August 4, 2008 – 360ep, inc., an entertainment licensing company, announced today that in addition to signing BioWorld Merchandising for all apparel related accessory items, it has completed three new licensing deals for the Sanctify brand on behalf of its client American Classics, Inc. Exquisite Apparel will be introducing men’s boxers, loungewear and sleepwear, Trends International has signed on for posters, 2010 calendars, journals and bookmarks, and Etchstar has joined for engraved personal electronics.
Since launching at Magic last year, the Sanctify line of t-shirts has seen great sell through at retailers such as Kitson, Macy’s, Journeys, Against All Odds, Bon Ton, C-28 and Buckle. The line is now expanding into additional retail stores, and the sub-brand, Exalted, will be coming to stores such as Burlington and Mervyns in the near future. The popularity of Sanctify is due in part to American Classics’ reputation as a dependable and quality manufacturer, but it is the positive messages and trendy religious imagery that has solidified Sanctify’s place in today’s pop culture apparel world. American Classics will be promoting the brand again at this August’s Magic, with a dedicated booth to display the brand and its licensing partners.
Products from Etchstar should be available in early August. Trends will roll out products starting in November and Exquisite will began offering product for Spring 09.
