• Work with you to develop an overall strategic plan through which you apply your strongest current resources to available opportunities in the entertainment, sports and lifestyle marketplace;
• Analyze your existing licensing program and provide specific recommendations as to improving deal terms with each individual licensor;
• Develop a list of prospective licenses for you to acquire on a product by product basis. Generate companion analysis of potential promotional opportunities for each product and license;
• Negotiate deals with prospective licensors and present each to you in deal memo form;
• Consult with your legal department with respect to finalization of each contract;
• Act as liaison between you and your licensors with respect to marketing information and to help troubleshoot the product approval process;
• Help you set up or improve internal tracking systems;
• Develop cross-promotional opportunities with other licensees and promotional partners for each major license deal.
