• Negotiate deals with prospective licensees and present each to you in deal memo form;
• Consult with your legal department with respect to finalization of each contract;
• Work with your marketers to provide information to licensees on a regular basis and with your licensees to increase sales volume (e.g. sell-in or sell-through programs);
• With your accountants, review quarterly royalty reports from licensees and recruit and manage outside accounting firms to audit licensees on a cost-effective basis.
