Bill Jemas, Chief Executive Officer
Bill Jemas began his career as a Tax and Corporate Associate for the New York Law Firm of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett after graduating Rutgers College in 1980 with a Bachelors of Art and then the Harvard Law School with a Juris Doctor in 1983. Teresa Focarile, President of Licensing
Teresa Focarile oversees 360ep’s licensing division, acting as account manager for both IP and manufacturing clients and handling all aspects of the licensing process. Recent success stories include conceptualizing and implementing a promotion for the season four premiere of Showtime’s hit show the L word, which resulted in Showtime getting over 100 Million impressions for the network and licensed products. She also has facilitated licensing deals on behalf of manufacturing clients with some of today’s top brands, including the WWE, the CLC, M&Ms, Endemol and King Features. Previous to 360ep, Teresa worked at Marvel Enterprises, Inc., where she developed the company’s first Talent Recruitment office. Teresa has previously been a member of the literary department at The Gersh Agency in New York, one of the industry’s top entertainment agencies. She has also worked in the literary offices of Helen Merrill Ltd. and The Public Theater/New York Shakespeare Festival and for The Goodman Theatre’s Arts in Education Department. Teresa holds a MFA in Dramaturgy from Brooklyn College, CUNY, and a Bachelor of Science in Theater from the University of Evansville. Teresa is also an adjunct professor of Theater for the University of CT, Torrington, where she teaches Introduction to Theater and Women in Theater.

Michael Parker, EVP, Entertainment / Corporate Communications Officer
A marketing, publishing and theatrical strategist with cross-functional expertise in new business growth, Michael Parker is currently Sr. Vice President of Production for Hello Entertainment, a leading theatrical producing organization.

He spent the past three years as Theatrical Development Manager at Marvel Enterprises, Inc. where he initiated the upcoming Spider-Man, The Musical (directed by Julie Taymor; music and lyrics by Bono and The Edge) with Hello Entertainment. Michael leveraged the strength of Marvel’s intellectual properties (including The Incredible Hulk, The X-Men, Punisher, Daredevil) to create additional revenue streams which included product placement in the comic books. Additionally, he was appointed as Custom Publishing Manager and developed a new synergy with Marvel’s licensing team. Along with an award-winning editorial staff, Michael produced comic books for numerous companies, including Universal Studios, Sony Studios, 20th Century Fox, Steven Spielberg’s Starbright/Starlight Foundation, Doris Day Animal League, The New York Post, Wal*Mart, The Army National Guard and The American Cancer Society.

Michael owned InTheater, a magazine focusing on Broadway and the West End. With circulation hitting 125,000 per week, he sold the magazine in early 2000. In 1998 and 1999, Michael produced the InTheater Tony Awards Gala at The China Club, which starred Deborah Gibson, Michael Cerveris, and Lea Delaria. He co-produced with The Actor’s Fund the InTheater Soiree at the Geffen Theater in Westwood, CA in 1999, hosted by Gil Cates and Garry Marshall. Michael executive produced five InTheater’s Stars For Hope benefits for New Jersey’s Hope House AIDS Center. Hosted annually by Sally Struthers, Andrea McArdle and soap opera queen Eileen Fulton, over $300,000 was raised for the organization.

Michael graduated Magna Cum Laude from Temple University in Philadelphia, with a major in Broadcast Journalism. He spent his junior year at the University of London, where he interned for one year under MP Martyn Bond at the European Parliament.
